CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to Booking: Please read carefully all service descriptions before booking an appointment. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all new clients. This deposit will be deducted from your final service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: *Rescheduling or cancelling must be completed 24 hrs day prior to the day & time of the service & first time clients deposit must be reschedule within 2 weeks of original appt. *Clients arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment will be charged an additional $20 late fee. *After 25 minutes late it can result in a cancellation and 100% service will be charged to the card on file. *A no show/no call will result in a 100% service charge, which will automatically charge to the card on file. Payment Methods  Cash and Zelle preferred. Credit/debit cards accepted with a 3.5% convenience fee. Please note that these policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.
