CANCELLATION POLICY

*New Client Policy* To secure your appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all new clients. This deposit will be deducted from your final service total. *Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy* - 24-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancellations. - Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge. - Late arrivals: - 15 minutes late: $20 late fee. - 30 minutes late: considered a cancellation, 100% service charge. - No-call/no-show: 100% service charge. *Payment Methods* - Cash and Zelle preferred. - Credit/debit cards accepted with a 3.5% convenience fee.
