Cancellation Policy
You will not be charge if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of service price as a late cancellation fee.
No show/ no call will be charged 100%of the service and you will no longer be able to book with me.
Please know that there is a $25 late fee if you are more then 10 minutes late.
20 mints or more your appt. Will be cancel, and you will be charge for 100% of service.
NEW CLIENTS ONLY: you will be requested to put a deposit only the first time you book with me. Deposit will vary depend on service. It’s NON-REFUNDABLE , it can only be transfer to ur next appointment one time only, when cancel within 24 hours before your appointment.
Please know all prices are starting prices, it may change depending on hair length and volume.
Payment Methods: Cash & Zelle preferred, any credit or Debit card are welcome but it will have a 3.5% convenience fee.
