Prior to Booking: Please read carefully all service descriptions before booking an appointment. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all new clients. This deposit will be deducted from your final service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: *All cancellations or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date & time. Changes made within 24hr will result in a 50% charge of the schedule service. * First time clients deposit can be reschedule once & within 2 weeks of original appt. to save deposit. *Clients arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment will be charged an additional $20 late fee. *After 25 minutes late it can result in a cancellation and 100% service will be charged to the card on file. *A no show/no call will result in a 100% service charge, which will automatically charge to the card on file. Payment Methods  Cash and Zelle preferred. Credit/debit cards accepted with a 3.5% convenience fee. Clients can purchase gift cards from your online booking site or at checkout. All gift cards are final sale and do not expire (the sale of a gift card cannot be refunded). Please note that these policies are in place to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.
